I live on the Texas Coast in a small fishing village on the Gulf of Mexico. I am a retired Texas Real Estate Broker. In the past 25 years I have been involved in the health and fitness field. Down To Earth Person, Cat Person, Native Texan.

My Story

In 2000 I was diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Fibromyalgia which developed from a back injury on the job. I have made a website from scratch, which originated as an information letter for other patients at the physical therapy clinic I attended. I was a guinea pig for their program working with fibromyalgia patients. Having been asked to relay what I had learned to other patients, the bright idea came to me one day that I must start a website with health information. What better way is there to reach a lot of people!

It hasn't been easy for me, because if I spend too much time on the computer, I have a fibromyalgia flare up.

Well, I have come a long way and I am still learning everyday! My goal now is to share with those who are just starting out. Please check out my collections and feel free to contact me if I may be of further assistance.
